FAQs Frequently Asked Questions

How do I store Soiree Sauce?

Soiree Sauce is a fresh, ready to eat pesto sauce. It should be kept refrigerated or frozen.

Can I freeze Soiree Sauce?

Yes! Before opening, Soiree Sauce can be frozen right in the container it comes in. This will extend the shelf life. Refer to the date sticker on the container for shelf life information.

How do I thaw Soiree Sauce?

Soiree Sauce can be thawed overnight in the refrigerator. It can also be thawed in its container (remove paper sleeve) in a bowl of water at room temperature.

My Soiree Sauce texture seems too thick?

Soiree Sauce is made with pure olive oil which thickens when chilled. Stir the sauce and give it a few minutes at room temperature. The olive oil texture will thin out and should be easy to spread, stir and toss how you like!

How does Soiree Sauce ship?

We use a speciality frozen shipping company to get our products delivered to you. Upon online purchase, you will be sent tracking information. Soiree Sauce ships frozen with dry ice. See below for how to thaw.

How do I dispose of dry ice?

Dry ice needs to be handled with care. Let dry ice dissipate in a well ventilated area or outside. Take caution not to touch dry ice directly. Do not put dry ice down the drain.

Where do you ship to?

Soiree Sauce can currently be shipped across the US. We ship in temperature controlled packages. It is best if someone is available to receive the package and move Soiree Sauce into a refrigerator or freeze upon arrival, especially in warmer climates.
