sun-dried tomato chicken

ingredients: 

  • 2 6oz chicken breasts
  • 4 oz Soiree Sauce Sun-Dried Tomato
  • 1/2 cup dry rice or quinoa

directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Place chicken breasts into baking dish and cover with Soiree Sauce Sun-Dried Tomato. Cover dish and bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. 
  2. Meanwhile, cook rice or quinoa according to package directions. 
  3. Divide rice or quinoa onto plates and place a chicken breast on top. Spoon rest of sauce from baking dish over top. Serve alongside vegetables or salad if you like. Enjoy!
