ingredients:
- 2 6oz chicken breasts
- 4 oz Soiree Sauce Sun-Dried Tomato
- 1/2 cup dry rice or quinoa
directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F. Place chicken breasts into baking dish and cover with Soiree Sauce Sun-Dried Tomato. Cover dish and bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, cook rice or quinoa according to package directions.
- Divide rice or quinoa onto plates and place a chicken breast on top. Spoon rest of sauce from baking dish over top. Serve alongside vegetables or salad if you like. Enjoy!
